01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the gojacpot platform — including the game lobby, account registration, and payment functions — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

Each person may only hold one account on gojacpot. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is not permitted and may result in suspension of all related accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine contact number or email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

• You must keep your password confidential and not share access with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Account verification (KYC) may be required before processing withdrawals. Valid Philippine government-issued ID is typically required.

04 Deposits and Account Funds

• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods.

06 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the gojacpot platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous rounds and are not influenced by any external factors.

• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
• All bets are final once confirmed. gojacpot will not reverse bets after they are placed and accepted.

• Bonus terms are specific to each promotion and will be displayed at the time the offer is made available.
• Bonuses may not be transferable and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• gojacpot reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in forfeiture of any related funds and account suspension.

08 Responsible Gaming

gojacpot is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. No outcome is guaranteed, and there is always a risk of losing money when playing any game on this platform.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

gojacpot reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been violated.

Accounts suspended for rule violations may have their balance reviewed and in some cases withheld pending investigation. gojacpot will communicate the reason for any suspension where it is appropriate to do so.

11 Limitation of Liability

gojacpot provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain reliable uptime and fair game operation, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

• gojacpot is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances outside our direct control.
• Gambling involves risk. gojacpot is not responsible for financial losses incurred through normal gameplay.
• gojacpot's total liability to any player in any circumstance is limited to the amount of funds currently held in that player's verified account.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Changes to These Terms
